Anxiety is the malady of the modern age… or is it?
According to Stop Anxiety Expert Mark Shepard, “Anxiety is thinking vividly about what you do NOT want to have happen.”
If that is the case, anxiety is every bit as much a blessing to the human race as it is a problem.
Think about it. If your ancestors weren’t able to think about the future and make appropriate plans for food storage, warm clothing and shelter, none of us would be here to day to worry about whatever it is that you are worrying about….

Maybe we should have a label for having anxiety about having anxiety? (seriously!)
