Seriously, we all have “anxiety” to one degree or another.
Sometimes we use different words for it or express it differently. Another word for it could be stress. Or we may say, “I’m not myself because I have a lot on my mind.” It doesn’t have to be a full blown panic attack to feel anxious. One thing for sure, it is a feeling that we want relief from.
