In other words, you have to do your part; show up for class, participate, do your home work, practice the relaxation techniques we did in the sessions, fall asleep listening to your reinforcement recordings that I have given you in your first session.
Subconscious learning is something that is very natural.
Yes, there are good things that naturally happen that we don’t have to change our thoughts on!
Subconscious learning shows up like this — even though you probably learned how to ride a bicycle when you were very young, as an adult you can just hop on a bike and take off. Same thing with driving a car. You don’t have to think about where to place your hands, or your feet or your eyes for that matter!
