Join us for a cozy circle during which certified consulting hypnotist Joann Dunsing will lead us in a relaxing Yoga Nidra session.
Yoga Nidra is a scientifically proven guided meditation experience with NO YOGA POSES.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort. If the floor is difficult for you, you may sit in a chair.
