The holidays may bring some joy, but we all know they can also bring some stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. Whether you’re trying to fulfill packed schedules, those infamous family challenges, or year end pressures, it’s easy to wonder if you have enough energy to make it through with a smile on your face and an extra measure of patience.
