People often talk a lot about change at the start of a new year.
Why change then? Why change at all?!
We don’t have to wait for a new year to change! We are now in the beautiful month of May and I made this video on January 2nd.
We can change any time of the year.
The real reason we want to change is that we really want to feel better. So what’s the real deal with change and how can we enjoy the process of change to feel better?
Warning, the exercise that I walk you through in the video may not be easy, BUT it is worth it! Please get a piece of paper and a pen or an electronic device that you can type into. (Get some healthy popcorn too if you want to! And a glass of water!)
