Hypnotherapy modalities are a highly effective way to help each of us through this unbelievably challenging time in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and mental health crisis.
Through the gentle releasing techniques you come into a revelation of being able to identify the spectrum of deep feelings that need to be expressed and worked through to uproot the distress. The way out is through and we work through it. The relief of change often comes through tears, laughter, and heavy sighs.
I got your back! You are fully supported through the changes you want. In sessions, you experience the ease of learning and working with new tools that are always with you – your breath, your hands, and your heart.
You don’t have to focus on remembering how to use the tools, because after your first session I send you an email with simple instructions for the tools that enabled you to go from stressful emotions to feel better emotions. I also include some hypnosis recordings. Some people liken them to guided meditations.
You walk away from each session with what it is that you want. How do I know that? Because I ask you! It’s all about you and it all matters. All emotions and thoughts are acceptable.
‘ wondering why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling? We take a look at the thoughts you may be thinking that may have that effect on your body. Thoughts are the language of the brain. Feelings are the language of the body. Our thoughts do create feelings.
We cannot control the thoughts that come into our mind, however, a thought can be changed. We never deny reality in the sessions. All thoughts and emotions are acceptable.
We begin to do different things with thoughts to interrupt the old habitual defeating patterns. What is it that we do? Sometimes we give those thoughts hugs and kisses and we embrace them because that’s what is needed.
Thoughts can be transformed when they are acknowledged and accepted. I encourage you to start talking to yourself on the inside like you would talk to your best friend or someone you love. And in that a thought is changed and you feel better and when we feel better we do better and when we do better we feel better and it’s a feel better loop.
Yes, of course, we do hypnosis! Some people think we did already and they are right. It is all hypnosis. What I’m referring to here is leaning back into the recliner with your eyes closed, focused on my voice, following my instructions. You remain in complete control and my voice stays with you.
In this relaxed state the brain wave patterns slow down. The heart rate slows down. Your closed eyes shut down the outer stimulation. It’s the same feeling as right before falling asleep at night and upon waking up in the morning. The creative part of your brain is now engaged. In this deeply relaxed state, I talk you through seeing yourself doing and feeling the very things that you want to do and feel. The brain records it all as truly taking place and your memory cells replicate off of that.
At the count of 10, your eyes open, knowing indeed change has taken place on a deep deep level. And you may find, and you may discover that every day in every way you are better and better. It’s just the way it works.
