I’m a 56 yr old guy w/ a long history of eating whatever I please. When I no longer could do that I resented it and had a bad attitude about diet etc. Even started eating stuff that I knew forever was a bad idea. I had also quit smoking and gained about 30 lbs. 3 sessions w/ Joann and my outlook has changed forever. Not sure how but I now have a kind of determined approach to “what I want to see” rather than the drudgery of what I should and shouldn’t do. Sounds weird but it’s all about attitude. Hers isn’t a diet plan. Joann is about showing you it’s not this daunting thing you have to do. It’s all of a sudden you want to do it. I’m not starving. I’m not miserable. I lost 20 lbs in the last 5 weeks and I’m looking forward to losing a bit more. I don’t know much about Hypnosis but I do know people and Joann has a way about her that’s likable and has a contagious positivity about her. I think if you know how to eat and still don’t do it, that’s a problem. Joann helped me remember what I always looked like and that it’s attainable without killing yourself. You wind up happy about the changes you’ve made and hopefully that will translate into a permanent attitude change. I’ve been really feeling like Ill never go back to those bad habits of over doing it and then feeling guilty afterward. That’s not me. Trust it. I wouldn’t peck this out w/ two finger typing if I didn’t believe in her.
