Take a midweek pause and give yourself the gift of deep rest, renewal, and radiant calm.
You’ll be gently guided through a sensory-rich Yoga Nidra meditation, no yoga poses required.

The evening also includes time for heartfelt conversation and connection with like-minded women.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat to lie on

• A small pillow and a blanket for comfort

• Cushions and limited couch seating are available if you prefer not to lie on the floor
