Hypnosis is basically a deep state of relaxation. In this relaxed state the critical conscious mind quiets down and the unconscious mind becomes highly alert. Our unconscious so desperately wants to take care of us. The mind is open and ready to receive self empowering suggestions. This is where unhealthy core beliefs can become as a distant memory and new beliefs take hold to change one’s life.
A variety of techniques are used to get to your desired outcome.
One technique that can help is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. This is also known as Tapping. Quite simply, EFT is likened to acupuncture without the needles; you simply tap on particular energy meridians. Meridians are like the highway and the cars are the flowing energy. When we get a disruption in our energy system we develop symptoms of negative emotions or disease. EFT tapping acts like the tow truck that clears away the disabled vehicle on a highway.

Another technique I utilize in assisting my clients to achieve their desired outcome is Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP. NLP is about the operating system of our mind/how we run our brain. I use NLP to interrupt patterns that are self defeating. NLP is used to break through the blocks that block us!
